“Jack Leopards & The Dolphin Club” is a fake indie band made by Taylor Swift, Austin Swift, and Jack Antonoff. The band was created in order to make a cover of "Look What You Made Me Do" while ensuring that Big Machine Records would not be receiving any royalties from the song. For each bracelet, I hand-pick gems whose meanings match the bracelet’s inspiration. For this design I used:
Argentinian Blue Onyx: Associated with keep secrets, and was long believed to be from a mythical island. Much like a certain cover was long believed to be from a mythical band...
Aquamarine: Aquamarine was long believed to be an antidote to poison. Or poinsonous people. Or poisonous ex-record labels.
Honey Jade: Associated with helping us learn from our past experiences and move forward into joy.
